I appreciated being there, the place is lovely small and well-maintained.
I booked impressive suite here with the 3rd highest peak in the World, a clearly defined seating area at a lower level than the sleeping area, for example. Every staff member was respectful and exceptionally courteous. Had amazing location on the hill top, not too far from Karst Gallery...

I chose Cedar Inn specifically to visit the Dali Monastery, and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Terrace Cafe. The informal space provided a perfect spot to enjoy a snack or a cup of Darjeeling Tea with breathtaking views of Darjeeling and the Himalayas. The neighborhood bar also had a great vibe and a wide variety of beverages, adding to the overall appeal of the property.
Observatory Suite is not suitable for cold and rainy weather. Limited hot water availability in the morning and evening was a downside, especially considering the high price of the Suite.

Great views from the room and a cozy and inviting atmosphere were the best aspects of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. the hotel provided free transportation to the local airport, which was a huge plus.
The location was a bit far from the main city center, which made it difficult to explore the area more. despite the cozy atmosphere, some areas of the hotel were a bit dusty and could have been cleaner.

The staff, starting from the reception desk to the dining room, offered excellent service and were always polite and willing to help. The breakfast was superb and the room service was always on time and the food was excellent. The hotel's Victorian style and beautiful gardens created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the comfort, quality services, and breathtaking views made my stay here truly luxurious and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel with great staff and a breathtaking view. Loved the complementary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the shuttle service to the nearby city center was a blessing. the location of the hotel was a perfect escape from the city's hustle-bustle. the food was really tasty and the view from the room was simply amazing.
The heating system was not good enough to keep us warm in the chilly weather, and the bathroom geysers were not available for 24 hours. It was a bit of a letdown, considering how important a good heating system is during winters.
